Shipping within Australia
Free shipping on orders over $149!!
Shipping on orders under $149 is a flat rate of $9.95.
Express Post is available for a flat rate of $15.95 while AusPost prioritises Express Post they can not guarantee next day delivery at the moment.
We aim to have orders dispatched within 1 business day. This may be a little longer during busy & sale periods.
All products are shipped from Sydney, NSW. Orders should usually be received within 2 – 9 business days. Postage may be with Australia Post, Sendle, Shippit or any other courier company we select.
Please ensure the correct address has been provided, re-postage of items that have been returned to Nappy Box Co will not be covered by us.
Shipping to New Zealand is available for a flat rate of $15.95.
Shipping to the United Kingdom is available from $29.95 up to a maximum flat rate of $49.95. The rate is weight based and calculated at Checkout. Please note that Licensed Prints can not be shipped to the UK at this stage.
Shipping to other international destinations can be arranged. Please contact us if you would like to arrange international shipping outside NZ & UK.
We accept returns for change of mind (excluding face masks and clearance items). All goods must be in original condition and packaging (where applicable) and unused (this means they cannot be washed). Buyer to pay return postage (tracked post via Australia Post). If you would like to make a return for change of mind, please contact us within 14 days from date of delivery. Please note there is a 10% restocking fee for change of mind returns.

Prior to dispatch we check all products to ensure there are no faults. However, if something slips through, please contact us so that we can arrange a replacement or refund of faulty products.
